Hello,

The case for Sim City says, "Video: ATI Radeon HD 2400 or better"

I have a ATI Radeon HD 3200 card but it doesnt seem to do very great with it. The game even says its too low. How?

the 2400 is the lowest it can use. and the 2400 outperforms the 3200. the first number represents the generation of the gpu, so 3000 came after 2000, but the second number involved (400 vs 200) represents how strong the card is. so even though 3200 is higher than 2400, doesn't necessarily makes it better, its actually worse.

Well it might be that you have an "integrated" ATI HD 3200 GPU. The one on the Sim's box is probably referring to the "Dedicated" HD 2400. This is just my guess as to why your getting this error code when trying to play/install. It could also be that if this is a "Dedicated" GPU that the 2400 is a better card than the 3200 GPU (which it most likely is).

What system are you using for this game?
