Bricked HD 7770

Hello guys,


I flashed my Gigabyte HD 7770 (rev 2.0) from F71 to F72 but after I did it my PC did not post. It works fine when I disconnect my graphic card and use it with onboard graphics. I dunno what went wrong, It flashed without an error.

Now I can't blind flash it coz my PC is not POSTing with graphic card on. I borrowed a nvidia 9500 GT from my friend to use it as a backup card to reflash it. I connected the 9500 GT to PCI-E and HD 7770 to PCI slot, but even then my PC didn't POST. (instead, I was getting a command line but I couldn't type anything)


Can you please help me?

Oh btw my card is still on warranty, but I'm leaving RMA as a last option.

Stupid suggestion: Power Cable?

Try unplug and replug the card couple times, if not working unplug the power cord, let the whole system discharge overnight? Clear CMOS?

Why to flash gpu? Try that gpu in others pc.

Because it was unstable while playing games (like Nfs the run, and Batman AC) and I had to underclock it. Someone said that updating bios would fix that. So I did.

May be lagging due to drivers problems.anyways check that gpu in others pc
