I have a legit copy of Windows 7 Home premium 64 Bit and i have installed it on my laptop multiple times.

And i am starting a new build and i was wondering if it would let me install Windows 7 on it, ( Since i have installed it a couple of times on ONE Laptop)

I have heard from people that they will let you do this ( one for your laptop one for your desktop, you get the idea)

So will it allow me too? i would like to save $100 :D

If you have retired the laptop, you can install the OS on the new machine. You cannot have it running on two machines at once within the terms of the license.

If you retire the first machine, activation on the second machine _may_ involve a call to Microsoft for an authorization key.

+1 - I agree with his summation, you can run the OS on two machines concurrently based on the terms of the license unless you purchased the copy of Home Premium that allows you to install it on multiple computers (somewhere between 3-5 I think) within a residence:
