Now a days I play bf3 in my laptop i3 2gen 2.1ghz and gt520 on mid High settings
I would like to know if the gtx660 is a good performance / price card, and if it will run bf3 in high settings (not ultra)
With the gpu I would buy a good mobo and decent cpu for latter upgrade (4gen Intel core)

Yes it will run BF3 very well on both high and ultra settings. You would have a much better gaming experience than on your laptop.

I've been looking and it can't SLI. Can you say a nvidia card within the price range of the gtx650 and it can sli?

I don't think nvidia has SLI support for their mid range cards, so you would have to get a gtx 660 for $220 or more. You could go with AMD's cards which are cheaper and do crossfire. Here's a link to the 7850 which is only about $20 more than the 650. It's considered a high end card and is in between th 650ti and the 660 performance wise.
