Updating AMD's Catalyst version to 13.1 causing issues.

Today I updated to 13.1 as mentioned in the title. Oddly enough this made my primary display (a Vizio LED TV) blurry. However my primary monitor, an old Samsung Syncmaster, is crystal clear. About five months ago I had the same problem when updating to the current version at that time (12.8, 12.11?). I could find no solution so I rolled back to 12.6 and everything was back to normal. I recall having the same issue with my previous computer (which ran Intel and Nvidia gear) although my syncmaster was my only monitor. When said issue occurred I would just press the auto-adjust button on the monitor and everything would be fixed. Unfortunately, my primary screen does not have an auto-adjust button (it is a TV after all...). Given that (possibly) the same problem occurred with my old computer and still happens with my current computer, regardless of the version I am updating to, I would assume it isn't driver specific. Any help is much appreciated.
What have I tried already?
-checked to make sure that I am using the correct resolution
-googled until my face nearly fell off.
Any ideas?

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970-UD3
CPU: AMD FX-4100

If any further details are necessary I will provide them.
Thanks for your time
Edit: Good news, I fixed it. I feel like an idiot but it was rather simple. I opened my tv menu and went into the category "Wide" (not sure why they called it that but I suppose it is related to what it contains) In that category there were three settings: full, stretch, and normal. I selected normal and the only difference was that is essentially shrunk my display. The screen was still fuzzy. I then went into CCC and compensated for the shrunken display with overscan/underscan. Thanks anyways!
