My Gpu is 9500 GT i want to buy a new one .My PSU is 400 watt and I got 2 screen resolution (1366x768) and (1920x1080) I use the first one like 80% cuz the other one is my TV . Any way can GTX 650 handle games like bf3 or tomb raider or bio shock Infinite in high or med ? (Can it handle also the games in the future?)

What are the rest of your system's specs? Your cpu may bottleneck even a 650, so knowing that will help.

The 650 is a low end card, so don't expect to play new games on anything higher than medium, even if your cpu doesn't bottleneck the gpu.

GTX is indeed a really good card to get. The thing Is, most gamed are heavy on the CPU more than the gpu. I have a GTS 450 and I can run about any game as long as my cpu can keep up.
When getting any GTX. The 400 might not be enough.

What type of cpu are you running?

Sorry but this is not true. The vast majority of games are gpu-dependent, not cpu-dependent. If you want to play new games on settings higher than medium, you would need at least a 7850 or a 650ti.
