I have just been playing the Arma III alpha and I think it signals time to upgrade my trusty old 5850. I think the 7950 would be a nice upgrade, I can get a good model for around £220 and sell my 5850 for around £60 to bitcoin miners.
However, I am aware that graphics card ranges are usually re-priced around this time of year. My question is, has this happened already? £220 seems like a good deal but I'd rue the decision if they dropped to £150 or something next month.
I haven't been paying much attention to graphics technology until today so if anyone could enlighten me I'd be forever grateful.

And don't worry the 7950 can play both those games fine.
