ASUS VG248QE HELP!!

Hello i just recieved a ASUS VG248QE monitor and my eyes have never hurt so bad in my life.


I have standard mode calibrated to brightness 55 and contrast 80 red/blue/green 90.


I don't have a professional calibrator.


When playing games i am using Game Mode and it looks so pretty i love it.

Game mode is default out of the box setting.

Is there something wrong i am doing?

My eyes feel like they are gonna fall out.

What mode do you guys play games with?

And what are your calibration settings maybe the one out of the box for game mode is just too intense? But it looks so god damn pretty

Use brigtness at 70-80 while contrast at 60

Would this be for just standard mode ? should i do this under game mode as well? for when im playing games since that is set to brightness 90 and contrast 80 ?

Do not set contrast to high.it effects to eyes.try at different setting and do not damage your eyes for gaming!

so do you think for gaming keeping the brightness up at 100-90 is okay if i lower the contrast to 60?

Sorry to bump this, but did you sort the settings? I have the same monitor, and yeah, I want to fix it myself.
