Kernel Stack Error???? Help please.

Hello,
my windows 7 home premium 64bit keeps getting a kernel stack error i have reinstalled windows 7 and I am still getting it but it also causes my nvidia gtx560 to display an error saying that the version has recovered from a kernel stack error and lastly i was getting BSOD's from this saying that windows 7 had stopped because of a faulty kernel stack driver. PLEASE HELP

Memory, HDD or MB issue.

Ijust ran a memtest and it came up with no errors. :/

You can always check your drive for bad sectors.

how do i do that?
i have formated my SSD and reloaded windows 7 back on to it and i am still getting it but when i unplug my HDD i STILL get it. I am testing now with my hdd to see if it is the ssd

and also it is must be my gpu because if i disable it and run off the motherboard everything is fine
