Graphics card Bottlenecking?

so, Im planning to put my Hp compaq 8100 elite sff mobo, ram, HDD, Disc drive, and, other essential things, into a bath of mineral oil. The reason im doing this, is beacuse, with my current case, and PSU, its impossible to put a full size GPU in the case, so, Removing the case, will resolve the problem. Hopefully, and will bring in new problems, anyways, i was wondering, with my current Intel i5 660, would a Nvidia Geforce 650TI SE be bottlenecked? and, is there anyway to tell if its being bottlenecked?

I dont see any reason why your i5 would bottleneck
