What would be the best graphics card for an AcBel CE2 550W psu ?

I don't understand the question. You asked about a gpu, yet you seem to already have it... So what is the question?

The question is... if I were to replace my graphics card with one that is slightly more powerful having the same specs installed while the psu providing stability... what would that graphics card be ? surely there is one that would be considered other than the current, I heard the gtx 660 is fine, but im just trying to make sure what would be the best possibility, would a gtx 660 ti be safe do you know ?
