Exactly the same name: Sony Clié PEG-TH55

On the back of the Clié, there is some numbers:
May be "CSK-003/E1" is the number you are looking for?

Another number on the sticker: "3-089-803-21", which
is just under the "Bluetooth" mention.

And two another numbers on the same sticker, the serial
number, and the bar code.
