This problem started about two days ago.

I leave my computer running overnight, and have since I first got it. I've run windows 7 on it since it first came out. However, now, after waking up and trying to access the computer, it locks up. Not entirely, but the monitor takes nearly 2 minutes to display anything other than a black screen, and once it does, every action on the login screen is delayed. Typing, moving the mouse, even hitting numlock on the keyboard takes almost a minute to happen. I'm forced to hard shut down the computer.

Once I do this, and turn it back on, it sits at the Windows 7 loading screen (the pulsating flag icon) for nearly 10-15 minutes before going to the login screen. However, once it gets there, it runs perfectly fine. If I restart again, it will restart normally. This has been really frustrating, as I haven't installed any new driver/hardware/software in the past week. I'm in the dark as to what's causing this

Specs:

E8500 @ 3.7Ghz
4gb ddr2 ram
Nvidia SLI Mobo i680(slightly unsure about this)

Thanks for any help
