Monitor Flickers and Goes Blank Randomly

As stated in the title, my monitor has been flickering and going off and back on randomly. This started happening when I played Mafia 2, the game was a little glitchy, and when I exited the game, my monitor would still flicker; what I did to fix this was switch my resolution to a lower one and back to 1080. Now that I have stopped playing the game, this issue is still here. I have tried blowing dust off my graphics card and unplugging it and plugging it back in. Thinking that my PSU might be going bad, I ran an OCCT test on my PSU for an hour and had no errors.
PS. GPU temp idles at 46C, and at load, is around 70C

My problem was a bad hdmi... Found that out by chance since my chair hit the table. Now how to delete the thread.
