MS question and new lcd.

Hey all, I myself have a lcd (Samsung 181t) and would like to know about ms. Now as I read it you want the lowest possible ms for lcds. So 16ms is best right? Cause I was going to get a new lcd 19inch and I see on Toms guide that the lowest for their ms is 25. Is there going to be new monitors out there anytime soon that will have 16ms, 19 inch, and have a high contrast ratio (800:1)? I really like Samsung, Sony, and Sharp brands but are willing to get another brand if it can do it. I am a gamer and I see the difference when I compare my lcd to my friends 19 inch Viewsonic and his image quality is so much better >. So I want to get a lcd when the time comes that can do that as many gamers do. Play mostly MMORPGS and FPS so lcds tha can help with these games would be great. This is post is for gaining knowledge about lcds as I want to learn more. Any info and or comments would be great. Thanks again.
