I just got this nifty T610 yesterday. So I took some pictures with
it, and my friend with a similar phone showed me how you email them to
yourself. But every time I get a connection error (so does she).
T-mobile said that their entire GPRS network is down, and nobody can
send pictures. Tried again this morning, and it still doesn't work.

Well, I really want them on my computer NOW. I set up isync/bluetooth
to sync the address book and stuff to my powerbook. Can I get the
pictures off the phone that way too?

Thanks!

Use Bluetooth File Exchange in /Applications/Utilites. Alternatively,
select Browse Device from the Bluetooth menu in the menubar, if you have
turned it on in System Prefs/Bluetooth.

Sure... Go to "My Pictures" on the T610. Move the cursor to select the
picture you want to transfer to your PB. Pick the "More" menu (right
menu button). Select "Send" and then "Via Bluetooth". If your PB is
paired with your T610, it should appear as a destination.

I just tried it with some snaps I took on my lunch -- works fine. The
pictures seem to wind up in the "Documents" directory.

You can set the destination folder in System Preferences -> Bluetooth
under the File Exchange (not a) tab.
