Dell dimension c521 video card upgrade

Hello,
have a dimension c521 and 3d games black out and stop running. I need to find a good video card so 3d games will play without blacking out. SIms 3 university life. It is a standard 521, the only upgraded are 500gb harddrive nad 4mg of memory

bought an asus hd6450 video card. My daughter pays sims 3 and it was freezing up and giving a black screen. Also the graphics were not very clear. Installed it and she loves it. Game doesn't black out and graphics are great. I had to modify it to fit but so far so good. Thanks
