Both are pretty slow for what you want. Go for a 650ti or 7850 minimum.

EDIT:THE PALIT VERSION IS 650GTX TI 1 GB OC

Then go for that unless the 7850 is much more expensive where you are.

Sadly it is much more expensive than gtx 650ti.So am i able to play all the new games in high settings?

No, it would take something twice as expensive to do that. A 650ti is good for medium-ish settings at 1080p.

My previous gpu was an 9800gt and i was playing on 1080p with all high and i was landing 25-30 fps ~27 and you are telling that i cannot play on high with this gfx?Lol :)

You have a very high tolerance for crappy framerates, probably max games all you like at 30FPS.

Really dude,i had intel core 2duo 2.83 ghz 3gb ram win 7 32bit and the 9800gt 2gb and i almost maxing the most games. So with this new gpu i would maxing fc3 nfs 2012 gta iv assasins creed 3 etc...

I'm just saying when people say a game is 'maxed' they aren't usually aren't happy with 25-30FPS. Anything less than 60 makes me puke my lungs out.

In my opinion 30-40fps is very good because optically it seems to have zero lags. However i prefer too the 50++fps :-)
