Help me choosing a GPU

If budget isn't an issue, you can skip the 680s and go with a Nvidia / EVGA GTX Titan, as its faster then those two 680s, or go with a Nvidia / EVGA GTX 690, which is two 680s on a single card, Though a 690 will need a PSU upgrade to at least 850w.
 
I would buy neither. They both are factory overclocked cards with boost clocks of 1137 and 1176. Hardly a distinction.
Both have the type of coolers that recirculate the hot air inside your case.

I might pick a EVGA GTX680 card with a direct exhaust cooler. The boost clock of 1150 is virtually the same and all the hot air will exit the case directly.

If price is no object, then the Titan that DComander1x referenced is as good as it gets.
