you can get the demo version for free from microsoft's website.
you will not get the full, paid version for free. that is piracy and tomshardware does not support piracy. read the forum rules:

alternatively, you can use free office suites like libreoffice or openoffice.org.

You can also ask around in your school office if you're a student.

I agree with szaboaz if you attend a college normally they supply it to the students in their local bookstore. I know this to be a proven fact!! I attend at Daymar Institute and recently had to obtain a copy due to the profession I'm enrolled in.. If your not enrolled in a college then I suggest searching for a free demo or buying it online
