Try installing new graphic cards drivers for your laptop.

Never mind what I said about Nvidia/AMD, I researched your laptop and you have Intel HD graphics.

If you have a Nvidia graphics card then go to Nvidia.com and let it automatically detect drivers for you and you can install it.
If you have Radeon (AMD/ATI) Graphics cards then go to AMD.com and do the same.

To find out your graphics card click start>type dxdiag and click on the dxdiag program then click on "Display" tab and look at the manufacturer, it will either be "Nvidia or AMD or Intel"

In your case, you have Intel HD Graphics.

Go here to automatically have HP scan your laptop for missing drivers
