i can't install it by going to add/remove programs then add/remove windows components, it is not an install option on the CD setup, searching www.microsoft.com comes up with no results for a download of PWS.

what do i do?

I have XP Pro and it gives me that option, maybe your using xP Home and its not an option???

not available on xp home, neither are a lot of things :(
