Wireless driver is not available for XP

Hi all,

I have a Dell Precision M4500 which was originally shipped with Win 7 but I have downgraded it to XP only to find there is no driver on the dell page for the internal wireless card that is XP compatible?

Is there anyway round this?

I spent ages googling this stuff how do you find these sites!!

If I have a similar problem with other drivers later like audio etc can you reccomend a way to find what I need?

look for the specs of the computer and then search for the drivers of the device.

sometime like for the network cards you need first fine out what chipset the card is using
