hi..i have problem trasfering files larger than 5gb from my free agent drive to my computer..i have no problems doing the opposite..after some minutes when copying it freezes and says it cant find the file..help please..

Are you going over the network or USB? I have had errors copying files over the network from a USB drive attached to my router, try a direct USB connection if you are not.

no i am using it via usb..

ok..i tried copying a file 8gb on a different pc and it actually copied it..so the problem is with my computer..but what problem can my computer have?

Run Windows Update on the computer, and do a check disk on the drive, a defrag also can't hurt, then try the copy again.

The drive would be the computer's hard-drive not the external.
