Marantz CD 63SE Question

What is the difference between the 63 MK II and the 63 SE. I have an
SE that has a bad transport. I am expecting a MK II from Ebay any day
now. Can I put the MK II transport in the SE or the Circuit boards of
the SE in the MK II ?

Is the difference in sound between the MK II and the SE between
Marantz and my dog?
