SCSI RAID

Is this possible, to RAID0, 6 36GB SCSI 15k drives,then RAID1 these drives with 2 120GB drives? If it is possible How would I go about setting it up? and what components would be the best?

Most cards will not allow this, and that is a good thing. A mirrored set is only as fast as the slowest drives, so you would be defeating the purpose!!! You could stripe the drives then use the 120s to do backups everyday....
