System config and start up items

I'm trying to cut down on the number of items that launch on start up but I don't know what I should kill and what should stay.
So I'm gonna list the start up item and who makes it and you can tell me if its ok to kill it at start up.

1. Raid Event monitor, Intel Corp
2. Facebook Update, Facebook Inc.
3. SPIRunE, Unknown
4. Cyberlink Power DVD, Cyberlink corp
5. Mobile Me, Apple Inc.
6. Adobe reader and Acrobat Manager, Adobe inc
7. Apple Push, Apple Inc.
8. Quicktime, Apple Inc
9. iTunes, Aplle Inc.
10. Java Platform SE audio updater 2.0, Sun Microsoft.

I really dont know much about this start up stuff I just want to kill stuff to make my boot up faster but I dont want to disable anything I need.

You can kill all that stuff for startup and shouldn't have a problem. Eliminate them 3 or 4 at a time and restart to see if you have any probs, then the next 4, etc.

Untick from 2 to 10 and leave just number 1...

I suppose you could leave 1. RAID event monitor. That seems to be the most important because you would want to know if anything happened to your data...
