Anyone know why I can't right click on a web page and view source? I get the list box but when I click on view source nothing happens. The box just goes away.

You might need to run a repair on the browser, or re-download the browser components.

If you have upgraded the browser, you can usually force a repair on the installation by attempting to remove the browser in Add/Remove Programs. Reinstall all components, even the ones that do not appear to need upgrading.

If that doesn't fix the problem, and you haven't upgraded, then check out Windows Update and install the latest version.

If you are running Netscape, reinstall the program, and hope for the best!

I have the latest version of ie from windows update. It was a very slow download for some reason and crashed on install. Had to shut down. But went back to update and everything reinstalled and seemed ok. Had no reason to view source since. Don't know how long it has not been working.

Even weirder view source started working again for a little bit and then stoped.

I may be able to attempt to uninstall ie-6 and reinstall ie-5 from my WinME disk. Then go update it again. Think?

I guess it couldn't hurt. You just never know what to think when WinME starts acting weird.

If you want the full download for I.E. 6, instead of fooling around with Windows Update, go here.
