It's a while since I first set up my T610 but there is a Bluetooth
control panel in System Preferences, and several utilities in
Applications/Utilities/. Use Bluetooth File Exchange to transfer files
and iSync to sync your phone numbers with address book and calendar with
iCal. I find it easier to update iCal and then sync, expecially for
setting recurring events, rather than doing it on the phone.
Also check out both Salling Clicker and Romeo via versiontracker.com.
