Fanless Sound Cards?

Hello folks.

To the best of my understanding, at least some video/display/graphics cards have their own fans.

Do some/many sound cards have them, too? How about Creative's Soundblaster and the Turtle Beach sound cards?

If the Soundblaster sound cards and/or the Turtle Beach sound cards do have fans, how much noise do these fans produce?

.....And how far back do you have to go in the Soundblaster series and the Turtle Beach series to find fanless cards?
