Setting up MN700 without broadband connection?

Hi,
The guys in the box store said I could setup my network
at home without a broadband connection. We will have
ADSL end of the year but I want to network now using ICS
for internet until we get highspeed. Preferably without
having to buy more gear only to toss it later when I get
broadband. Can this be done with the mn700 along with my
laptop and another pc?
