Wireless Internet Not Working. What else can I try?

It worked fine at work yesterday. When I got back to the house it wouldn't connect. Now that I'm back at work I can't connect. My WiFi mouse doesn't work either.

Tried:

*re-installing driver
*system restore
*removing keyboard and re-connecting network adapter

Still nothing.

Is there anything else I can try before completely reformatting?

It's a Toshiba L775D-S7304.

Finally reformatted after hours of frustration. Still doesn't work with a fresh install. Does this mean it's got to be the network card? Could there be anything else that affects it?

No. It says it's working properly and when re-installing the driver it said it installed correctly.
