Optiplex 380 ethernet controller driver dont know which one to DL

I Copied these but still dunno which of the 3 drivers to download from dell

NTPNP pci 0015

ven 14e4 & dev 1692 subsys 0400128 rev 01

please help cant go online with that computer

What is the service tag of the Optiplex?

when you enter the Service Tag of your computer at the Dell support website it should only list drivers relevant to your computer.

ya it listed 3 and i dont know which i need

where can i find the specific service tag?
i think this is it on the back of the comp where the plugs go
