hello i am 16 years old and i am looking forward to losing weight for the new year. when i was little i always wanted to be a pro wrestler and to this day i still do. the only problem is i have a really slow metablism. and i want to make my dreams come true. if there is somebody can could help me out that would be great :) . have a good day.

Start out by doing cardio, lifting your heart rate by doing something where you push yourself, a little at first, more as you go, for at least 25 minutes straight each day

Your metabolism grows as your activity and your diet begin to change.

If your serious about becoming a pro wrestler I say go for it. Shoot for the Stars! I have two friends whom are Professional Boxers. Let me walk you through a daily routine for them just to give you an idea of where you need to get to.

7 AM ~ 5 Mile run (followed by a good breakfast)
9 AM ~ 2 Hour work out in the gym (boxing mixed with jump rope / cardio)
Noon ~ Lunch
2PM ~ 2 Hour work out (This time heavy weights strength training)
5 PM ~ Dinner
7 PM ~ 2-5 Mile run

Mind you, These guys NEVER drink soda. Always water or some form of Gatorade, vitamin water etc. They do not eat candy bars etc (I would go as far as saying they may have 1 - 2 candy bars an entire year) They eat a lot of things like Rice, Chicken, lean meats, Veggies, Tuna etc. Lots of protein packed foods. The two men i speak of are from Las Cruces. Sijuoula Shabazz and Austin Trout you can look em up online and see how fit they are.

They both started somewhere just like you. #1 don't give up. Keep pushing yourself. Even if you start like JohnDee said at only 25 mins a day. That 25 mins will turn into an hour fast ;) . Good Luck!

Maintain your diet as much as you can,Eat light and clean food avoid junk food and fast food completely,Because you have gained weight in a very young age you need to lose it in the same speed.
Keep yourself physically active that is your need at the moment.
