I have a woofer driver MONACOR SPH-225 with rated power 100W rms, 8
ohms, SPL 90dB. I'd like to build 2-way system with crossover frequency
at about 2 kHz, so I want to know, how much minimal rated power (RMS) do
I need for tweeter.

Not much, maybe 10 to 20 Watts for 2Khz on up. It depends on the kind
of music you listen to. Some mid/tweeters also have power handling
ratings based on the total speaker system power.
