Wireless router configuration netgear it redirects me to support website

Hello,

i've been tring to configure our netgear N600 router, it directs me to the support homepage all the time after we half through the configuration and got disconnected at first try. now i've tried clean dns, reset internet settings, nothing seems to work... how can i fix this problem?
