Need Opinons on Home TV + ISP

I'm going to be moving soon and would like to hear your thoughts in TV and internet providers. Sadly, fiber options like Fios and U-verse are not available in my area. I've heard a lot of Comcast bashing too, but no real reasons for it. So tell me who you like and don't like, and why!

The cheaper the better. I don't need my own T1 line, just basic HD TV channels and internet fast enough to stream HD video.
