Can anyone give me a little advice. Im looking for some way to backup 120Gb of data easyly. I dont know what to look for wether it be a tape backup or hard drive or some sort of cd type drive. I have USB 2.0, Firewire and IDE ports available. I want something reliable and good performance.

Thanks

The best option for ease and performance would be a hard drive.

At the moment there's a Western Digital JB 1200 which is 120GB and 8MB cache. It would actually be faster than any hard drive you have right now, so it would be wise to have it as the main drive.

Oh and if it's purely external, check out the Maxtor 3000LE. 120GB USB 2.0

Best ext. option I reckon.
