Server with a P4 and P3?

In my house we use old P4's with XP and netbooks for light internet browsing. I have an old P3 machine and an extra router. Is there any way that i could use one of the two or both to create a server. I wantto connect all of the computers to share files, and to share the printer. My P3 is probably 1Ghz and 512MB RAM. Is it possible ?

For the only P3, throw on an OS, turn on file and printer sharing, create shared folders on the hard drive, and you should be good to go.

Thanks, I did it and it works perfectly. with my all the Windows XP, and Windows 7 machines that connect to my network.
