My 100 mb is running at 0 1 wireless

i just got my 100mb super hub form virgin media.. Running at 250mz (as recommended) My xbox 360 with ethinet cable is running perfect by my wireless device's (laptop, mobile phone, noteboot etc) is so slow.. What can i do? I try'd a speed test and my download speed is at 0.1mb out of 100mb.. PLEASE HELP

Your "hub" probably has a max throughput of 100Mbit/s but your actual connection speed which you pay for is much less.
