Which card is better?

I'm just wondering

1. GEFORCE2 64MB MX400 AGP VIDEO CARD W/TV OUT
2. ATI RADEON 7000 64MB SDR AGP VIDEO W/TV OUT
3. SAVAGE 2000 64MB AGP VIDEO CARD WITH TV-OUT
4. ATi Rage Fury Maxx 64MB SDRAM AGP Video

Which out of those four would you recommend?

AMD - are you nuts? (no insult intended - just incredulity) MX400 over RADEON 7000?

If I am missing something please educate me.

IMHO, RADEON 7000 (AKA Radeon VE w/64MB SDR) is better than anything except GF4, Radeon 7500-8500, and some GF3 - in that order. It has much better TV-out and dual monitor support with about the same performance (sometimes better/sometimes worse) for about 1/2 to 2/3 the price.

The R7000 is slower then the MX400. Just look at the Tom's Hardware VGA Chart, if you don't believe me.

Well, you may be right, but they only list the older 32MB VE version, not the newer 64MB 7000 version - they are different - I have built systems with both. If the 7000 only performs as well as the older VE, I'd say you are right. Still, if you are looking for lowest price, highest quality TV output or dual-monitor, R7000 might be the best option.
