Blaster Audigy Gamer - sound to TV?

I am trying to do a TV out thing so I can record movies onto VHS, I am wondering what kind of connections are needed to hook my sound card up to the back of the TV. Anyone every try this before?

You'll need to either already have RCA out, or get a 1/8" to RCA splitter/adapter. What kind of sound card are you using?
