Hello

I have a Sony Multiscan 420GS CRT monitor. Recently, the image disappears and re-appears again, all of a sudden. It is like the monitor switches off and on, in a flick of a second. The monitor never actually turns off, it's just the efect on the screen that is very similiar. I use my PC professionally and I'm worried that my monitor breaks down in the middle of an important work. Any thoughts on the cause of this strange behaviour? Thank you.
