Cant find modem driver

Hello,
I have a toshiba satellite 1410 s173 laptop running windows xp.It has a 3 com megahertz 3cxm 356 modem with a yelleow exclamation point beside it, with a code ten error in device manager. I cant find the driver for it anywhere. Please help. I need my internet wireless.

That is a "modem" for use with a phone line not a wireless card.

WiFi drivers are there.
