I am building a gaming desktop and need a wireless adapter that will give me a strong connection to the router about 30-40 feet away. Router is a 3800HGV-B Uverse router. My average internet connection speed is 11-12mbs down and 1-2mbs up.

I was looking at this:

TP-LINK TL-WN722N Wireless Adapter High Gain IEEE 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 Up to 150Mbps Wireless Data Rates Support 64/128 bit WEP, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK, Wireless MAC Filtering

Will this be good enough? Or should I get a card? (I will have open PCI and PCI-E slots if needed)

None of the cards I was looking at on NewEgg had great reviews.
