Wired Router Died, need recomendations for Wired Router?

My trusty DI-604 Dlink router died.

I would like to replace it with a 10/100/1000 capable router, with some of the features listed below:
Price under $200
• 4 port, plus USB port printer
• Prioritize HD media or gaming traffic
• Email when security violation occurs, like trying to bypass firewall
• WAN load balancing to maximize available bandwidth
Not all features ae essential,

My setup is cable modem > wire router > Dlink Switch > wireless router
Off the dlink switch is the wireless router, a desktop gaming pc, 2nd desktop PC.
Off the wireless, 3 laptops, two HD tv streaming, several smartphones.
