Wireless card for my MOBO

Hi can someone help me I will be getting the asrock gen3 extreme 3 z68 mobo and I was wondering what do I need to add to the mobo to make it wireless. Is it a wireless card I have to put in the pci slot btw dont tell me to get a USB wireless adapter I dont want one of those thanks and it would be really helpful if you gave me link to the component that I need to add to my motherboard
