CMV LCD 17"+16ms+16.7m color@$375!!!

Does anybody know CMV (Chi Mei) brand? This monitor is marketed in Asia with an awesome spec. For example:
CMV CT-723D is a 17" LCD, 16.7M color at 16 (12+4)msec response time with brightness 400cd/m2, contrast ratio 400:1 and view angle 160/140. This spec can easily beat all other panel from Samsung, LG, Hyundai or AU Optronics. Moreover, this monitor debuts at US$375!
Anyway, too outstanding spec at this price made me become a skeptic.. is it the real performance? I have never heard this brand before and I can't find any information about this screen on net. Only its website I found, www.cmv.com.tw for a lcd monitor (Chi Mei Corperation) and www.cmo.com.tw for a panel manufacturer (Chi Mei Optoelectronics).
I saw a real screen at glance. It has an extremely bright screen with very vivid color, maybe too vivid. I think if it is a real cool panel (not just a spec on paper) I should grab one now :-)
