Hello,
I have tried to get my printer connected. ran a configuration page and it said that the network status was offline. How do I get it online

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver with the latest version downloaded from HP for your OS (for many both 32 and 64 bit available so check to get the correct version).

If this doesn't fix the problem, please post more information, including the printer model, your computer OS, and how the printer is attached -- if networked, the IP address should be set in the printer and same address either static or reserved dynamic in the router controlling the DHCP service.
