My PC lags and crashes?

I have a 4,00 RAM 3.00 GHz 32-bit computer, with a Windows 7 Ultimate.

I got this computer less than a year ago, and a few months ago it started to lag, and give me blue screens, it doesn't freeze though... just the programs.

I don't play many games, I just go on Youtube, Tinychat, Facebook, etc. I also make videos on Sony Vegas Pro, sometimes I record and edit music on Audacity, and every few days I edit photos on Photoshop.

But today, my computer blue-screened me when I was on Tinychat and played a song on Youtube. Why did it do that? I don't have a virus, I scan my computer and have a good anti-virus program.

Sorry if I sound dumb, I am only a 14-year-old girl, after all.

Try an older video card driver, there have been issues at least with nVidia drivers and Flash video, causes all sorts of issues on my computer till I downgraded the drivers to the 295 version.
